As a part of kid's semester break, we had a family outing. We visited the skygarden on top of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. We used to watch while this huge infrastructure was being raised from ground to the top level. The scene of massive 70,000 ton iron structure being lifted and placed on the top of the hotel roof at the height of 200m was fascinating. We always had a curiosity to go and watch it. On completion, it looks wonderful. It is one of the iconic buildings in Singapore now.

There are so many fascinating things about this skygarden.
It is longer than Eiffel tower, if it was laid down
It can accommodate 4 and half A380s
It is equal to 3 football grounds
It has 150m long swimming pool....

The view from the top was fascinating. Take a look at the pictures.
